Buffalo is located at the crossroads of I-45 and US Highway 79, halfway between Dallas and Houston.
Ceremony shall begin at 12:00 p.m. EST. Following that, the couple will be officially wed, and the party can begin!
At the reception to follow, a catered late lunch/early dinner shall be provided. Look forward to music, a fire pit (burn ban permitting), drinks, pipes or cigars if you like, and socializing. We cannot wait to enjoy the first hours of our marriage with you, our guests, in a relaxed environment.
Please feel free to arrive as early as 10:30 to mingle, enjoy a sip or two, and explore hors d'oeuvres before the bride makes her march.
We encourage you to dress as formally as you would like; however, because of the environment, we also recommend that you dress comfortably for an afternoon and evening on the farm and in the woods.
Men, jeans and boots are more than acceptable. Women, feel free to wear a dress or skirt if you like; however, be mindful of footwear, as the terrain is not level and heels may become lodged in the natural carpet.
The temperature here in Buffalo can dip low in November. We recommend that you also bring a sweater or coat or soft blanket for your utmost enjoyment and comfort. We want you to look nice and feel great in what you wear...but we also want you to be warm and comfortable in your attire!
If you would like to give a celebratory gift to the new couple...
...please consider donating a gift card from one of the following merchants for the benefit and improvement of the farm.
